Our team at Boulevard Cafe has been working tirelessly to make sure you will have lots of beverage and healthy food options to choose from whenever visiting Boulevard Cafe. The menu, also posted on the Boulevard Cafe’s website, includes coffee/espresso, tea, signature Boulevard Blends, caffeine-free blends, Boulevard Juice, smoothies, soups and salads and entrées.

Boulevard Cafe’s juice menu includes carrot, beet, apple, the signatureCapital Cucumber, Kale and Carrot and Beet and Apple.

Make it your own by adding shots of Wheatgrass, B-12 Energy, Allergy Buster or Immune Buster!

Smoothies

Our smoothie menu includes Peanut Butter Banana, Berry Bliss, Berry Banana, Strawberry Banana and Pineapple. Add protein and round out the flavor; Boulevard Cafe offers vanilla whey protein, hemp seeds or flax seeds.

Soups & Salads

Cheddar Broccoli (gluten-free) and Tomato Florentine. Boulevard Cafe also offers soup du jour, which includes Clam Chowder, Seaweed Soup (gluten-free), Chili, Artichoke and Tomato (gluten-free), Sweet and Sour Carrot (gluten-free) or Cool Cucumber (gluten-free).

Greek Salad: Baby greens, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, onion and tomatoes
Italian Salad: Baby greens, mozzarella cheese, sundried tomatoes and vinaigrette
Asian Salad: Baby greens, sardines, garbanzo beans and ginger sesame dressing
American Salad: Baby greens, seasonal fruit, sunflower seeds and your choice of dressing

Entrees

Hummus Plate: Signature Boulevard hummus with feta cheese, Kalamata olive spread, carrots and crackers (can be made gluten-free and/or vegan upon request)

Tuna Melt: Tuna salad with cheese on grilled bread, served with chips or fruit (can be served up gluten-free)

Chicken Salad Wrap: Chicken salad with sprouts in a spinach wrap, served with chips or fruit

Hummus Wrap: Signature Boulevard hummus with veggies in a spinach or brown rice wrap, served with chips or fruit

Among the long list of anticipated items we can’t wait to bring to mid-Missouri is PT’s Coffee, Roast Magazine’s 2009 Roaster of the Year. This direct trade-oriented coffee roaster also offers organic coffees, speciality coffee and products that have received ratings of up to 97 points – the highest ever given to a US roaster by the industry resource Coffee Review.
